Gluten Free and Vegan Formula.

Store somewhere cool, dry, and dark, and Lung Tonic should maintain potency for about three years. The date on the bottle is our potency best-by date, not an expiration date.

Our sweet vegetable glycerine base, made from palm kernel and/or coconut, is alcohol-free and sugar-free. This makes it easier to digest and more delicious to take! When done correctly, glycerine pulls out more water-soluble constituents than alcohol and provides a very stable shelf life. We don't add flavors or sweeteners to our extracts like many other brands. Unlike alcohol, it doesn't have ill effects on diabetics, alcoholics, and the liver, making it a great product for adults and children. It is calorie- and sugar-free, making it a good option for folks watching calories or who don't want to/ can't consume sugar.

Lung Tonic contains elecampane, a daisy-family herb, the same family as ragweed. If you have a ragweed allergy, please check with your provider before using it and start with a very small dose.

RespaClear works well alongside Lung Tonic during pregnancy. Non-pregnant users can alternate it with our other cough formulas or Immune/Cold and Flu blends. We suggest at least 30 minutes between products. Please check with your provider before trying anything new, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Please check with your doctor or pharmacist before trying anything new. Especially check before taking Lung Tonic if you take any immune-suppressants or diabetes medication.

Yes. We suggest taking it straight or in water.

Lung Tonic is our pregnancy-friendly respiratory formula, and it isn’t contraindicated during pregnancy. We still suggest checking with your midwife or provider first, and the same goes for nursing.

Yes, Lung Tonic works for the whole family. Our suggested dosage is by body weight: 1/4 teaspoon per 25 lbs. For babies/children, please check with your child’s provider first.

Lung Tonic is used more like a traditional cough syrup. RespaClear is a four-herb formula pairing immune and respiratory support in a smaller dose. Both are gentle enough for pregnancy and work well together.

Lung Tonic is patterned after Lungs Plus, with the same herbs minus coltsfoot. Coltsfoot should be avoided during pregnancy and long-term use. That’s why Lung Tonic is our chronic support, pregnancy-friendly formula, and Lungs Plus is best for shorter, acute use.

I got this so I would have something safe to take during pregnancy when I got my inevitable cough. I had a problem though... I was so nauseated during pregnancy, that when I did take it once, I gagged on it due to the taste. It does NOT taste bad, but my oversensitive gag reflex just couldn't take the sweetness. The plus side is that my kids liked it fine and it did seem to really help speed their healing!

Our baby boy (age 15mths.) has been taking this for the past 3 months and is doing well.  We have not had any need for ER visits or hospital stays while he has been taking this.  He takes it without any problem! We are so thankful to have this product in our home!

I have a 2 year old son that has struggled with febrile seizures, upper respiratory infections, asthma, and severe allergies. He was taking alot of synthetic medication and was having bad reactions. I felt helpless! A friend recommended Trilight Health and I found the Lung Tonic. I gave it to him for 10 days while winging him off the synthetic medication. He has not been on synthetic drugs since Feb 2012 and doing great with the Lung Tonic. I also use ASMA daily and Lungs Plus when his allergies are really acting up.

My midwife recommended this lung tonic to me during my 3rd pregnancy. I was diagnosed with asthma when I was 13. As an adult, it has come and gone. I've had it mostly under control, but there have been times where I had wheezing for no reason. Sometimes I eat foods that are my triggers (tomato sauces and corn), but other times I don't have any idea what causes my wheezing. When my midwife recommended this, I was reluctant because of the price and at the time shipping was pretty high all the way to my house. But let me say, it has been worth every penny. The first time I had wheezing, I took a sip from the bottle (I'm the only one with lung troubles in the house) and within 10 minutes my lungs were loose and breathing normal again! I was sold! I'm now on my 3rd bottle, but it seems I use it less and less. I have recommended this product to my sister who also has asthma.

My "go-to" at the first sign of a sore throat/cold

I don't know how it works, but ever since I started using Lympha Rub on my throat at the first signs of a cold, it has helped to keep me from getting one or significantly shorten it. The smell also helps to relieve any congestion. I'm glad my daughter recommended this product to me, and I recommend it now to others.

Spectacular!

I got this product when I was pregnant and I continue to use it while nursing. It has been so helpful. I take it right as I start to feel like I’m coming down with something, especially mucus in my throat, and it I’m over it quickly.

Great!

Great respatory support during pregnancy. It's nice bc you are limited to what you can take while pregnant. I love that trilight health has options for everyone! They have great products that I recommend to everyone!

GOOD STUFF!

With a family of 7 and recently 3 of us contracted c19, I'm so thankful to have herbal options...My friend let me use her bottle while we were sick and I bought our own bottle as soon as I could! I usually have infections develop pretty quickly into upper respiratory infections and I attribute Lung Tonic for this not being the case this time around.

Tried and True

I used this when our kids were little and now it is being given to our grandkids! Our youngest grandbaby had a cough that didn't seem to go away. With the combination of Lungs Tonic and Bactimune, he was well on his way to health in a couple of days. Thank you TriLIght for walking with our family for now the next generation! :)

This Works

This product works. I start using it the minute I feel a cold coming on, and it keeps the cold from settling in my lungs.

A blessing

I've used this before when pregnant and had pneumonia, nothing else would work. Things that I usually used, we're safe for pregnancy.
I've had allergies for several years, that have gotten worse since I have had Lyme. Colds and allergies tend to settle in my lungs.
With the Covid-19 virus hitting the lungs, and my usually spring/summer allergies, my husband said to have some of this on hand.
Thankfully the Father has blessed us in being able to stay home and remain healthy.
However, my allergies did kick in. I was having some labored breathing, and I was glad to have the Lung Tonic on hand.
We'll be ordering more!

One of my favorites!

I love how this tastes (especially compared to the over the counter stuff) and try to keep a bottle on hand for colds and asthma attacks

Helped me again!

Our family had a bad cold. It turned into a chest cold with a consistent dry cough and mucus that would not come out.
We ordered the Lung Tonic again, took it every 3 hours for a couple days and improved greatly.
Thanks again!

Helped when I was pregnant and nothing else would.

Last August, I was pregnant and had a terrible cough and chest cold. I was taking a garlic clove every hour, among many other things.
I was having a very hard time breathing. Once the Lung Tonic arrived, I took it liberally. I was on the mend by the end of the day.
We ordered it because it was one of the only formulas that was safe for pregnancy.
Thanks Tri-Light

Wow. Just Wow.

In November of 2017 I started coughing and had lung issues and respiratory issues. I got two steroid shots and two oral steroids (spread out, of course) over a 5 month period of time. Nothing was helping. I ended up in an ER and was put in a hospital. Nothing the hospital did helped me. Then my daughter=in-law mentioned that she had purchased a bottle of Lung Tonic from her Birthing Center. She gave it to me and I started using it. Within days I felt so much better. I bought my own (small, medium and big bottles) and used it every day until I felt totally better. It was a miracle. Now I use it whenever I start feeling like a deep cough is brewing. Knocks it out instantly. I prefer the Lung Tonic to the Lungs Plus. For me, it works better. I have used both, however, and will continue to keep both on hand. Do yourself a favor and at least try the 2oz bottle of Lung Tonic if you have a chronic cough.

I used this while being pregnant, and I have a poor immune system. It seemed to help somewhat, but still got bronchitis and on antibiotics despite this and all the natural health products I was able to take. I am looking forward to trying it with my son who has mild asthma and when I am not pregnant, as I am sure it will work better!

This product works great for basic colds and coughs. We like to combine it with the Wild Cherry Coffaway for night time.

Lung Tonic - Respiratory Support - Pregnancy Safe

This is my go-to remedy for any cold, sinus infection, allergies flare up, etc. since this is safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding. The first time I tried it I got a really bad sinus infection the day my order was scheduled to be delivered. I waited all day in anticipation of it coming, feeling very miserable and just trying to make it through the day. Our mail was delivered around 4pm and I took the first dose immediately! Within just a few minutes my symptoms lessened enough that I could function the rest of the evening, and the next couple days I felt pretty good even though I could tell I still had some of the infection. This stuff really works! My husband has had good results with some of the other products for colds, but I use this one since I'm pretty much always either pregnant or breastfeeding. ;) My kids have benefited from this as well.

While pregnant, I developed an annoying cough - due to allergies - that interrupted my sleep at night. I noticed an improvement with the first dose of this lung tonic! Now I sleep much better, the cough is almost gone, and the formula actually tastes pretty good!

This worked great! I had trouble with allergies and asthma when I was pregnant, and couldn't use my regular herbs.
