I am pregnant with my third baby. I usually feel pretty good when pregnant but at 13 weeks, I was still feeling crummy and run-down, though I had been taking a whole food prenatal from the time I found out I was pregnant. I started taking Herbal Minerals after I did a little research and saw it recommended on-line and felt a difference within a few days. I felt better overall and definitely have more energy. Even now, I can tell if I have forgotten to take my Herbal Minerals for a day or two because I start to feel tired again. Another dose down, and I am back to normal. I am sold; this is a wonderful product!

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this multivitamin has helped my stomach and bowel movements during this pregnancy -- regular, normal, no problems. In my first pregnancy, I had lots of irritable bowel symptoms. I attributed it to the fact that I was pregnant...turns out the cause was probably my generic WalMart prenatal vitamin! This Trilight Health prenatal is just wonderful.

Oh my Gosh, this multivitamin is a Treat! I was prepared for it to be something I have to get used to, like cod liver oil. But now I take it right after my cod liver oil because it tastes great and is like a reward, I want to drink more of it! Only been taking a few days, excited to see how this affects me overall over a period of time.

After a rough pregnancy followed by a colicky baby, I was depleted and ragged. I bought Herbal Minerals in hopes of slowly building up my nutrients again. I didn't expect to gain a burst of energy, especially not the first time I took it, but I did! My husband was so impressed with all of the chores I got done that day that he started taking it, too! He experienced the same positive effects and now we take it every day!

Tastes good. I'm excited to see the difference it will make in our health?

I enjoy being able to take a daily multivitamin in liquid form. The taste is great and I appreciate products without any sugars or added fillers.

I like the green minerals so I want to try these.

Love taking these! When everyone around my is getting sick I load up a glass jar with water, the prenatal vitamins and a squeeze of lemon. It’s so refreshing, easy to drink. Bio-available nutrients and minerals. Was the only thing I could keep down during pregnancy and continue to take and enjoy them. The only thing I’d change is the packaging because the screw lid ends up losing some product with it dripping down the sides (I don’t use it for measuring it just drips every time)

I’ve tried several different prenatal vitamins, all highly recommended by my midwife, but noticed no difference with any of them (and I took them for months at a time!). Then I FINALLY found these and MAN. I can feel a huge difference after just a few days. I’ve used these for two pregnancies/postpartum recoveries, and it works great. My toddler now takes them too. I also love how the big bottle lasts an ENTIRE YEAR. Literally got some 13-14 months ago and just replaced it (and I still have some left in the other bottle).

The only thing is that it’s overwhelmingly sweet so it sometimes has to be washed down with water, but hey, I’ll take that any day over bitter or just plain gross 😂. I love this stuff. Highly recommended!

I have multiple health conditions that affect my daily living. Lupus for one keeps me feeling exhausted most days. Since starting this vitamin, I can honestly tell a difference in the way I feel. I am not bone tired all the time. I’m actually having some energy which is a huge plus for me!! I just seem to feel better all over with this!! Thanks Trilight!!

I am giving this to my toddler who will only eat fruits and vegetables sparingly, and I feel good it is rounding out her nutrition even when I can’t get her to drink a smoothie. She takes it willingly and happily in a tiny bit of water. Who knew getting your two year old to take vitamins could be so easy?

I give this to my kiddos as their daily multivitamin and I am so happy to have a safe, natural and absorbable product for them! Thank you!

The BEST prenatal vitamin! I took the recommended dosage twice daily, and I could tell such a difference in my health and energy levels. Outstanding! Also, I’ve struggled with a terrible acne-looking rash on the backs of my upper arms for years, and after switching to this product, the rash has completely cleared up! WOW!! Years of struggling and countless different treatments and here I only needed a better multivitamin. I can’t wait to order more - I plan to have my 3- and 2-year-olds use this, too. I love this product! My daughter will take it with no problem. She is pre-menstural and I want her body strong. I mix it with the Tri-iron and Blue Green minerals with water, she drinks throughout the day! Easy

Third trimester arrived and I was hit with insatiable peanut butter cravings (normally a "need B vitamins" sign for me) and chocolate cravings. I mean, I "HAD" to have them every day - sometimes twice daily! - or I'd go distracted. I knew this was probably a sign my body was looking for more nutrients, so I switched from my whole-food multi to this and lo and behold, my peanut butter craving disappeared in 2 days! I still love my chocolate :) but I'm not driven to distraction with cravings for it anymore. So apparently I wasn’t absorbing the pills as well as my body needed. Big bonus: my 3yo who can't swallow pills takes this and tells me every day after his dose, "I like vitamins!"

I used this as my multivitamin while pregnant and nursing. I have tried all different kids of prenatal vitamins over the years and I always react badly to them. I still want to take something to make sure I am covering my bases, nutrition-wise, while pregnant. I love this formula and it's so easy to take.

Great product so far.  My kids don't mind taking it, which is always a blessing.  Nothing worse than forcing kids to take their supplements.

Love, love, love this product! I noticed a burst of energy the first time I took it. The fact that I received my order the day after I ordered it was absolute icing on the cake! I will definitely be ordering again. :)

My son LOVES this stuff! I keep it locked up because I think he might drink it all if he could. I doubt it would harm him if he did, but it would be an expensive mistake. Yes, it's on the expensive side, but we find it to be worth it. My mother-in-law disagrees with us not vaccinating our kids, yet says she's never seen such healthy children (she's an elementary school teacher so she sees a lot of kids and shares a lot of colds with us). I've read that many vitamins out there are probably worse for you than if you didn't take anything because your body can't actually absorb or utilize much of the laboratory-made "vitamins." Some may even block the absorption of vitamins and minerals?! And certainly those that contain such daily values as 6,667% put strain on your kidneys and liver. When they turn your urine such strange colors and you can even smell the vitamins in your urine, then clearly, your body is having to filter out too much. So, needless to say, we prefer this natural product. It may seem expensive, but if it prevents hospital visits, then one could argue that it pays for itself.
