Carry On is a short-term, situational blend that you may keep on hand for a while. A bottle stays potent for about 3 years when kept cool, dry, and dark. The date printed on it indicates potency, not an expiration date.

We use a vegetable glycerine and water base instead of alcohol. This gives our liquid extracts a naturally sweet taste without added flavoring.

Because it’s for specific, short-term situations, we suggest telling your midwife or provider about any other TriLight formulas you want to add.

Tell your midwife or doctor about Carry On and any prescription medications you take. Bringing the ingredient list from the product page/ or the bottle itself lets them review it directly.

Carry On is made for early pregnancy, as short-term, situational support. If you have bleeding, cramping, or anything that worries you, please call your midwife or doctor first. Carry On can be used alongside their care, not instead of it. If you’re nursing, please check with your provider.

Shonda Parker, a midwife and clinical herbalist, created Carry On. Many midwives and doulas keep it in their birth bags and recommend that mothers keep it on hand.

Carry On is for early pregnancy and has three herbs for short-term, situational use. Contract Ease is a postpartum formula for after your baby arrives. It has nine herbs, including calming nervines, and is for short-term use for up to a week after birth.

One of my favorites - it saved my baby's life and stopped the bleeding and cramping. I have a tendency to miscarry and I know this combination made a difference.

I was having cramping on and off during my whole first trimester. I was taking progesterone prescribe by my doctor and even with my progesterone rising numbers I was still cramping, I purchased carry on and as soon as I started taking it the cramping stop. I make sure to take it everyday and my cramps hasn't come back

Thank God!

After a history of miscarriage, I was so thankful to find this formula! Along with herbal progesterone support, this helped me avoid high dose progesterone supplementation-- I took it when my uterus started feeling at all crampy in first trimester, especially, and now my little boy is a lively toddler. Thanking God for His gift of herbs!

I was 29 weeks when I went to use the restroom and experienced some bleeding. I tried nor to panic. After calling my Dr first thing I did was to take carry on which I had bought just to have as a precaution. By the time we got to the L&D the bleeding had stopped. They watched me for a day and was able to resume pregnancy safely. I took it for an extra few days just to be safe. Gave birth last week full term :)

Carry On - Miscarriage Support

I love this stuff. I bought it for peace of mind, and I am glad I did. I have had a couple of late losses, so when I started having problems again I used Carry on. It helped tremendously. I cold feel the muscles relax if I took it when any cramps occurred. I truly believe it was a piece of the puzzle to help me through the rough time period I have each pregnancy! A must to have on hand!

My midwife recommended this to me during my third trimester, based on my history of preterm labor with my first pregnancy. Whenever I had more than one or two contractions in a row, I would take it, and my uterus would "calm down." I used the product this way through two pregnancies which I happily carried to term with no other medicines. I did recently try to use it in the first trimester to prevent miscarriage, but I think by the time I started taking it, there were already problems with the pregnancy, so I lost the baby very early on. I recommend this product, though, for all stages of pregnancy!

When I was 6 months pregnant with my now 6 year old son, I started bleeding and cramping heavily. I took carry-on as recommended on the label and laid down. The bleeding slowed and then stopped along with the cramping. 3 months later my son was born but my midwife said it looked like the placenta had partially torn away from the uterus and had a large bloodclot behind it. Now when I find I'm pregnant I make sure I have carry-on because I'm convinced it saved my son's life 7 years ago. Thank you sooooo much for your products! :)

can a pregnant woman take carry on every day cause l had miscarriage 2years ago of twins and had still birth of twins again last month, can l start taking it even when l did not have any problem in my next pregnancy. And also how is it used and how many will l need throughout my pregnancy. Thank you, waiting for your reply.

TriLight Health

Most customers use it if they experience symptoms, however some have definitely used it before that for longer periods of time. It’s recommended 1 teaspoon every 2-4 hours as needed, so it would depend on how long you wanted to or planned on taking it to determine how much you would need. Many customers find the 8oz size is plenty for them, so that might be a good place to start. I hope that helps!

Can this stop a miscarriage from happening even if the miscarriage happens around week 6or 7? Thanks

TriLight Health

Nothing can prevent it 100% of the time, however our customers have found it beneficial at different times throughout pregnancy. Some customers have used it effectively in the first trimester, whereas others have needed it later on in their pregnancy and it was effective. I hope that helps. Let us know if you have any other questions.
