Move E-Z - Constipation Support Herbal Organic Remedy

Since we suggest no more than 3 days in a row, one bottle of Move E-Z covers many uses. It holds its potency for about 3 years when stored somewhere cool, dry, and dark. The date on the bottle is a potency best-by date, not an expiration date.

Our sweet vegetable glycerine base, made from palm kernel and/or coconut, is alcohol-free and sugar-free. This makes it easier to digest and more delicious to take! When done correctly, glycerine pulls out more water-soluble constituents than alcohol and provides a very stable shelf life. We don't add flavors or sweeteners to our extracts like many other brands. Unlike alcohol, it doesn't have ill effects on diabetics, alcoholics, and the liver, making it a great product for adults and children. It is calorie- and sugar-free, making it a good option for folks watching calories or who don't want to/ can't consume sugar.

Move E-Z contains dandelion, a daisy-family herb, which is the plant family that ragweed belongs to. If you have a ragweed allergy, please check with your provider before using it and start with small doses.

During pregnancy, GastroCare and Morning Soothe are the digestive formulas to pair with Move E-Z, or our other pregnancy-friendly blends. If you’re not pregnant, Colic Relief and Tummy Plus are options for digestive support. Each serves different needs, so you can use them on the same day as long as you space them at least 30 minutes apart.

Always talk to your provider or pharmacist before trying something new if you take any prescription medications. Move E-Z contains dandelion, which can have a diuretic effect, so please be especially mindful if you take diuretics or lithium. It’s also meant to move things along, so ask your pharmacist about spacing it out from other oral medications.

Move E-Z is one of our pregnancy-friendly formulas. We still suggest checking with your midwife or provider, and the same goes for nursing.

Our suggested dosage is 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per 150 lbs of body weight, every 3 to 4 hours. Please don’t use it for more than 3 days in a row. If constipation is a recurring problem, talk to your healthcare provider.

To keep the bowel from becoming dependent on Move E-Z, we suggest no more than 3 consecutive days without talking with your health care provider. Chronic constipation should always be addressed with a doctor.
