Contract Ease - After Birth Pains and Uterine Cramps

I used this after giving birth to my fourth child in November and felt that it worked very well to decrease the pain. 

Great product to have on hand as an alternative to ibuprofen.

No one tells you about after birth pains. Contract ease really helped ease the contractions and to be able to nurse.

I just had my 3rd baby a week ago. My last baby I had after birth pain so every time I nursed for the first 4 weeks. This time I wanted to see if something would help.
I would say the first 48 hrs I noticed little difference. By day 3 things were getting better and by day 5 cramps were completely gone! That sure helps with adjusting to nursing! I was very impressed with this product. For reference sake: I used about 3 oz.

I had TERRIBLE cramps after my 2nd baby - was taking tylenol & ibuprofen every few hours for almost a week, and it never seemed to help (plus I felt so guilty those drugs were likely going into the breastmilk, after I successfully had a drug free home birth). I took this every 4 hours after the birth of my 3rd, and it helped SO much. Could not recommend it enough.

I got the smallest size bottle but wish I had gotten a bit more to last me the first 4 days after birth. Loved that it had no alcohol. I mixed with apple juice and took it like a shot.

I took a dose of motrin after my birth 3 days ago. It did nothing! The Contract-Ease, however, was amazing. Not only did it soothe the afterpains, it also relaxed me and relieved the pain left after Cytotec administration. (The Cytotec was to stop a hemorrhage... you know how awful that is if you've ever needed it!!!) I think the valerian and scullcap and chamomile in this make it better for overall relaxation than a formula with just crampbark or other herbs just for cramping. I have recommended it to several pregnant friends already. I only wish I had bought more, as my 2 oz. bottle is nearly gone!

Decided to try this after my 4th Baby was born because the after birth pain made me SOO sick with my 2nd and 3rd kids. I think it worked wonders!! I didn't experience anything nearly as severe as I had with the other 2 kids :) VERY pleased with this product and I've already recommend it to multiple Mama friends!! I ordered it again for my 5th Baby's birth (due to arrive any time now!).

Worked great! I definitely didn’t hurt as much as after first delivery and only felt mild cramping.

I can't say enough about Contract Ease! With each baby the after birth contractions get worse; with my fourth baby I took maximum doses of acetaminophen and ibuprofen alternately and it only took the edge off the pain, plus I knew those meds weren't the best for me or my baby. With my fifth baby I used Contract Ease and it was so effective - more so than OTC pain relievers I took last time, plus I didn't have to worry about taking something that wasn't good for us. Now I want to buy a bottle for every pregnant mom friend I know! :)

I could tell a difference in how I felt/depression when I missed doses of this! I believe it helped with pain, but I was taking other things for pain too so I have no definitive proof of that. Two thumbs up for emotional support though!

While I have no actually used this yet, I have experienced after birth pains and it is no fun at all! After my last birth, all my naturally minded friends had no tricks up their sleves I couldn't believe it. They basically said take Tylenol and get through it. We'll I'm excited to be armed and ready this time!

After 8 natural births there are some things that you figure out. This product I found and began using 3 children ago and consider it to be an essential for a post-labor mom. I begin taking it very soon after I have delivered and continue to ingest every time I nurse for the first few hours. I have found the after pains to be lessened and not needing to take aspirin. The small bottle is the perfect size for 1 woman to use after delivery.

This helped so much with my afterpains with my 3rd pregnancy!! Never had to reach for anything else!

I used this after the birth of our second child, and would use it again. Definitely recommended.

I used this product after the birth of my third child. It worked very well. The pain of contractions after birth was much less than with my other two. I would highly recommend!

I highly recommend this for any mamas that have experienced strong after contractions. This has helped mamas who have abandoned extra strength pain relievers due to lack of response to the meds.

I delivered baby number six last week. Pains after birth have been tough with the last several babies so I was thrilled when I found Contract Ease. I used this product, according to the directions, for about 3 days and experienced significant relief from the pain. I highly recommend this product to any woman after childbirth.

This is very helpful for women who have painful contractions after their birth. It works great to ease the pain without causing heavier bleeding.

We have 5 children and am expecting our 6th. I had after pains after all of our children. I was VERY amazed that this worked so well. I did not know about it with our first two and wish that I had. I will have it on hand for the one that we are expecting any day now!

This absolutely works wonderfully. My afterpains were gone after taking only one dose.
