ADHD Ayurvedic Care draws on Ayurveda, a five-thousand-year-old system of medicine from India focused on balancing the body and mind. This formula uses five classical herbs from a category Ayurveda calls Medhya Rasayana, herbs traditionally used to support mental clarity, calm focus, and a steady mind.*

Ingredients
Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri): Perhaps the best-known Medhya Rasayana herb in Ayurveda, used for over a thousand years specifically to support memory, learning, and mental clarity.*
Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi): In Ayurveda, traditionally used to calm an aggravated Vata dosha, the energy associated with the nervous system, supporting mental steadiness.*
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera): One of Ayurveda's most well-known herbs, a rejuvenating tonic, valued for supporting calm resilience under stress.*
Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia): A classical Ayurvedic herb traditionally included in Medhya Rasayana formulations, valued for its broader rejuvenating properties alongside support for mental clarity.*
Shank Pushpi (Convolvulus prostratus): Traditionally paired with brahmi in Ayurveda, valued specifically for calming the mind while brahmi sharpens it, a classic complementary pair.*

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Caution In Pregnancy: Although traditionally used in India during pregnancy in very small amounts to strengthen the uterus and health of the mother and child its spasmolytic activity on the uterus has led certain quarters of western phytotherapy to restrict its use in pregnancy (see American herbal products associations botanical safety handbook).*
SAFETY: No drug herb interactions are known but caution with sedative, anti hypertensive and anti depressive medication. As with all our formulas, consult your health care practitioner before using products with any other medications. There are some theoretical interactions between Ashwagandha and immuno suppressant, thyroid, and some sedative medications but these are not evidence based. As Ashwagandha appears to have some hypoglycaemic activity in humans it is advisable to monitor blood glucose in susceptible individuals.*
