Ingredients
Coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara): Known in Traditional Chinese Medicine as Kuan Dong Hua, coltsfoot is one of the most established herbs in Chinese medicine specifically for the lungs.*
Yerba Santa (Eriodictyon californicum): Called "holy herb" by the Indigenous peoples of California who first used it, yerba santa was valued for relieving tightness deep in the chest, distinct from its more common use for sinus congestion; here, it's included for lower-airway support.*
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis): Beyond its familiar culinary use, rosemary has a long history in herbalism as a relaxant for constricted airways, used to ease chest tension and support relaxed breathing.*
Juniper Berries (Juniperus communis): Traditionally used to support clear breathing and encourage a productive, effective cough.*
