Sugar Free Halloween Ideas
Posted by TriLight Health on Oct 28th 2021
Halloween is just days away. Today we wanted to bring you a few ideas for goodies to giveaway that don't have added sugars. While we're talking Halloween treats, are you familiar with the Teal Pumpkin Project? This campaign was created so children with food allergies could enjoy Halloween safely. The campaign has grown rapidly throughout the past few years. If you decide to give out one of these treats, consider registering with Teal Pumpkin Project. You can also put out a teal pumpkin in front of your home so kids with allergies know you have safe treats for them.

One of our customers shared her kids keep a box all year of the toys they no longer want. Then on Halloween they give those toys out! Others offer fun experiences. Someone in our old neighborhood puts up a disco ball and trampolines in their yard every year. They decorate their yard and hand out bottled waters or canned bubbly waters with glow sticks attached. It's always a hit because it's so fun - even without any candy.
It can also be fun idea to have some things out for parents. Think about little packets of tea, snacks for parents, or even a coffee station with To Go cups for adults. Portable handwarmers are nice if you live in an area that is cold. Let us know what creative things you've done for Halloween!
Make sure to have some Tummy Plus on hand this time of year- not everyone gives out sugar-free treats!
