Suggested Use: For best results alternate the three products every three days.*

- Day 1 - use NR Glow.
- 1/4 teaspoon (per 25 lbs. body weight) straight or in water every 3 hours. Best taken right in the morning with a Big glass of water.*
- Day 2 - use Echinacea and Thyme.
- 1/4 teaspoon (per 25 lbs. body weight) straight or in water every 3 hours.*
- Day 3 - use Bactamune.
- 1/2 teaspoon (per 25 lbs. body weight) straight or in water every 3 hours.*
