This kit works differently than our cold and flu kits. Instead of three formulas used together during an active illness, this is meant to be taken over a long-term like a tonic. Day 1 NR Glow, Day 2 Echinacea & Thyme, Day 3 BactaMune, then repeat. The idea is to give your immune system varied, ongoing support across an entire season, rather than reaching for the same single formula every day.*
That said, this kit isn't only for prevention. If illness does hit, each formula can be used more frequently on its own; BactaMune, for instance, can be taken up to 6 times a day when extra support is needed. Think of the rotation as your everyday habit, and each formula as your backup if something gets through anyway.*
