I have two daughters who don't do well on diary. This combination of calcium, magnesium, and extra vitamins and minerals work perfectly for them, providing them with calcium as well as other vitamins and minerals. My growing daughter doesn't complain about aching legs while on it.

A friend was over visiting with her 3 kids, the youngest being about 2 months old. The baby has been fussy from birth and mom is struggling with depression. We’ve been using Blue-green minerals for about 3 years or more with our daughter. We started supplementing her calcium, due to rate of growth being outside the 95th percentile range. Although she takes another vitamin that is considered excellent, Blue-green minerals really made an exceptional difference in concert with this. She continues to grow quickly and we have peace of mind that she getting everything her body requires and more. She’s never had growing pains and she’s averaging 3-4 inches of growth every year! I also believe this has a lot to do with healthy teeth, no cavities and her teeth have been corrected with a spacers, spreaders and retainers and she’s ahead of schedule to receive her last stage of braces with strict routines.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to give their child the best calcium supplement on the market. It’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for. This product is superb and offers much more than just the calcium. Buy it, keep buying it and never look back.

I have been taking this in my third trimester because I have been distracted with my toddler and life events, and have not been as diligent about my pregnancy tea this time around. I am almost through with the 8 oz bottle, which seemed to go quickly. I feel I am benefiting from taking it with my overall sense of wellbeing, so I will probably buy the bigger bottle and continue it. It is a helpful source for nutrients I am not getting from the rest of my whole foods diet. I like the idea of giving my baby the best possible start.

This is a great mineral for my kids. They take it easily and don't mind the taste.

I have a tender tooth that was a toss-up between a root canal and filling - so we tried a filling. When I take this, it has no feeling - like a normal tooth. After a while of not taking it, the tooth becomes tender and I can't chew anyting with texture. There's another mineral supplement I can take, but it's much more expensive to get a sufficient dosage. Also, Vitamin B uses magnesium to process. When I take Vit B, I get leg cramps without enough magnesium. If I take this regularly, I don't get muscle cramps. This has become part of my overall health optimization regimen because I have personal proof that it works for me, and it's more efficient than a pile of capsules or tablets. And it tastes good!

I tried this with my kids as a multivitamn. It is such a good one! Just wish we could afford it all the time. With a family of 7 it goes quickly if used everyday. I save it to use when our immune systems r being compromised.
