Carry On was created by Shonda Parker, a midwife and clinical herbalist, and it's a formula many moms-to-be, midwives, and doulas trust. It combines three herbs, Black Haw, Wild Yam, and False Unicorn Root, each with a long history in traditional herbalism for easing uterine tension and cramping during early pregnancy.*
Early pregnancy can bring real uncertainty, and if you're feeling that right now, please know you're not alone in it. Carry On is meant to offer gentle, traditional support. It is formulated for short-term, situational use rather than daily, ongoing use.
For ongoing, whole-pregnancy support, our Pregnancy Essentials Kit and pregnancy page are a good place to explore what else might help along the way.
Important Note: If you're experiencing bleeding, cramping, or anything that concerns you, please reach out to your midwife or doctor right away; they're the right first call. Carry On can be part of the support alongside their care, not instead of it.*
