Hear No Evil is one of the simplest formulas in our whole lineup to use. No measuring spoons, no body-weight math, just a drop or two in the ear, or a few drops around it if you'd rather. It's small enough to toss in a travel bag or purse, so it travels well for whatever the day throws at you.*

A couple of things to know:

• Contains Goldenseal; don't use for more than 10 days in a row, and consult a doctor before use if under 3 years old.
• If the ear canal has been scraped, cut, or irritated (say, from a Q-tip), this formula can burn or sting, so be gentle and take care.

Mullein (Verbascum thapsus): One of the most classic ear-care herbs in Western folk herbalism, mullein oil has been used for generations specifically as an ear remedy, the anchor ingredient in this blend.*

Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora): A calming nervine, traditionally used to ease the irritability and restlessness that often comes along with ear pain, especially in little ones.*

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis): Brings warming, traditionally antimicrobial properties to the blend, rounding out its support for the ear itself.*

Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa): A traditional herb valued for its pain-relieving, antispasmodic properties, used here to help ease the ache itself.*

Blue Cohosh (Caulophyllum thalictroides): Traditionally used alongside black cohosh for its own antispasmodic properties, helping calm the discomfort of an aching ear.*

Goldenseal Root (Hydrastis canadensis): A potent herb with a long history of antimicrobial use, and the reason this formula is meant for short-term use.*

Blue Vervain (Verbena hastata): A traditional nervine, used to help calm and soothe, especially useful for the sleeplessness that can come with a painful ear.*

Yarrow (Achillea millefolium): A traditional anti-inflammatory herb, rounding out this blend's support for irritated, inflamed tissue.*
