MegaMam combines six herbs for breastfeeding, chosen specifically to support both breast milk production and ongoing supply during the postpartum months. Ingredients

Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum): Traditionally used as a galactagogue, an herb that supports breast milk production, milk thistle's compounds are believed to support the hormone prolactin, essential for making milk.*

Chaste Tree Berries (Vitex agnus-castus), also called Vitex: Traditionally included in postpartum formulas for its role in balancing hormones during the transition after birth, and traditionally considered a mild support for breast milk production as well.*

Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare): A classic herb for breast milk, to support supply while also easing digestion, a gentle support for what can sometimes be an unsettled postpartum tummy.*

Borage (Borago officinalis): Also valued as a galactagogue and traditionally used to support the adrenal glands during the demanding postpartum period.*

Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus): Beyond its role in supporting the uterus as it recovers after birth, it also helps with milk supply and quality.*
