Lympha Rub - Essential Oils Remedy for Sore Throat, Sinus, Ear Aches and Much More!

I use this for stress headaches on my temples. It smells so good. I can also use it internally or in my ears. The best !

I love this product and always keep it on hand. My daughters and I always have a bottle in our purses. When we start feeling a sore throat or other symptom, we put a couple of drops on our tongue and squeeze to the roof of the mouth. I have made it through 3 winters now with just minor symptoms for a day but no sickness. I am so thankful for this product.

I love this product. My whole family use it. From the beginning of cold, we rub it on the nose and cough we rub it on the chess. Rub it on the forehead for headache. We always have 2 bottles handy. Wish it come with a bigger bottle. We plan to bring this on our upcoming international flight in the summer.

Lympha Rub has worked on many different things for me. Neck pain, sinus headaches, back pain, and when I'm getting a sore throat, a drop directly in my throat helps ward it off. I also see results when I use it on jaw pain from TMJ.

This is amazing!! I love that I can use this on the whole family! I would highly recommend every family have this. I use it all the time for several different reasons. At the onset of a soar throat, stuffy nose, and I recently found out that it will help get rid of tag moles! If I don't want to bring any of my other oils, I don't leave home without this one.!

I have a daughter that suffers with allergies and her glands are swollen alot.. this has helped so much to keep the swelling down!! Always want this and the ear oil on hand!!

So far, this has been my favorite product for cold symptoms/sore throats. A drop rubbed on the neck and back of my kids at night when coughing is keeping them awake has been super effective to decrease and stop the coughing. Recently, I started having cold symptoms like a scratchy throat, and decided to rub some on my neck and I felt the relief from my irritated throat with in minutes. From now on, I'm trying to keep this on hand.

Love this stuff!! I put a drop on each kid's neck when they start to get a cold, and it definitely helps. I like to drop a few drops in the back of my throat, then gargle w water to really coat the area, then swallow. 

Provides fabulous relief when rubbed on sore muscles or applied to the neck to soothe sore throats.  Also, nice when rubbed on the chest to battle congestion.  Wish this were available in bigger bottles for my large family.

I tried this one first years ago and wasn't too impressed at first. I used it to massage my neck when my THROAT was sore. I was hoping for a miracle I suppose and my sore throat was so very bad, it didn't do much. HOWEVER, recently when I had a very sore NECK from swollen lymph nodes during an illness that had me coughing up gunk day and night this was a lifesaver! My neck (front and back) and shoulders were SO painful and swollen, I would massage this in and all around my ears before bed and I slept so much more soundly as it really did release the tension and reduce the swelling. The pain was reduced and I slept much better!

Where do I begin? I keep this in my purse so I know where it is. Just tonight I rubbed some of this along my son's jaw line and behind his ear. He was restless and said his ear bothered him. This really seemed to help! Will be getting more!

I have been using lympha rub any time I start to feel a sore throat and it seems to help it not to develop it anything else.  I've also been using it as a  measure preventative measure whenever we've been exposed to something.  

I ordered this during my 5th pregnancy and received it just a day before I got hit with a bad cold. My first sign of getting sick is usually a vicious sore throat, so because I'm pregnant and very limited as to what I can take, and after reading the reviews here, I decided to try rubbing it on my throat. I was shocked that it worked almost immediately. The pain and inflammation went away and I was able to deal with the rest of my symptoms better because I didn't feel like I was dying. ;) I have also been using it on my son who has consistently swollen tonsils, and my 2 year old as well who struggles with inflamed adenoids for months after any sort of congestion. After three nights he is starting to sleep quietly and peacefully again, and it's been wonderful! Very pleased and will gladly order more when this is gone.

I love love love the smell! It's like liquid vicks but all natural. I sue it like vicks too, a few drops and rub it on my boys' upper chest and neck when they're not feeling well. I just love it.

Our Family uses the Lympha Rub throughout the seasons. Since it is multi-faceted, it takes the place of several products. It is just as effective for allergies, as it is for cold and flu symptoms. We can't know why anyone would ever consider being without Lympha Rub. Another dependable product from Trilight Health.

I tried Lympha Rub for the first time this week, and my first impression was that it smelled so wonderful, I wish I had a reason to use it more often! I had been dealing with sinus issues this week, and have had drainage.  The very first time I rubbed the oil on my glands, and around my throat, I immediately felt some of the drainage begin to come down.  I was so impressed!   I love the little bottle - it makes it so convenient to take with me on the go, and use on the kids if they feel "off" while we are out.   This is definitely a product I won't want to run out of - thanks Trilight for another amazing product!

I use this product for swollen glands, sore throats, and achy joints brought on by cold or flu. It really seems to speed up healing. When my glands and tonsils really swell up and get painful (happens almost every time I get a cold) I combine it with ViraMune and it's amazing how quickly I feel better.

My son has had a swollen lymph node for months, and I thought it was from teething/colds; however, it never went away. I ordered this and was amazed. After the first time using and after his nap, it had decreased by about 1/3. We use it twice a day, and the node has nearly shrunken down to normal (it goes back up occasionally, which neither his doc or chiro worry about). Additionally, I've used this on myself when I strained my lower back, and felt instant relief and felt better the next morning. When I've had a sore throat, I use this directly on the outside of my throat for instant relief.

I have moderate to severe seasonal pollen allergies and this spring, for the first time, experienced an incessant itch deep inside one of my ears! It was so bad that it woke me up in the middle of the night and I couldn't get back to sleep. I'd recently read about using Lympha Rub for ear aches and, lying in bed, thought maybe I should try some drops in my itching ear. Two drops and about five minutes later the itching was gone. I was able to fall right back asleep. Amazingly versatile oil!!!

This Lympha Rub works wonders. I use this right below my ears and any pain I had just dissipates. Even in my throat. Nothing on the market or chemically made can do this.
