A delicious, midwife-designed formula for immune support and easier breathing. Gentle enough for pregnancy and for your little ones.
Two jobs, one concentrated formula:
- Immune support AND respiratory relief in one formula
- Midwife-designed, created by Shonda Parker specifically with pregnancy and nursing in mind
- Concentrated; a little goes a long way; no need for a large dose
- No alcohol, sugar, soy, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, milk, egg, preservatives, or major allergens
- Gentle enough for the whole family, not just moms-to-be
"Our family LOVES this product! Since it is so concentrated, we can use a very small dose compared to other herbal mixtures, and this one tastes GREAT! All 3 of my kids flock to me and take this gladly when they are sick... So nice to not have to fight with my kids to get them to take something good for them! I recommend it to any other mamas!" - Hannah

RespaClear was created by Shonda Parker, a midwife and clinical herbalist, specifically to provide pregnant and nursing moms with a respiratory and immune-support formula they can feel confident about. Finding herbal respiratory support that's actually designed with pregnancy in mind is hard to come by, and that's exactly the gap RespaClear was blended to fill. It combines just four herbs in a delicious, easy-to-take blend that goes a long way.*
You don't have to be pregnant to benefit from it, though. RespaClear has become a go-to for lots of families year-round, especially during spring allergy season or right at the first sniffle of a cold.*
Pairs well with: RespaClear works well with Lung Tonic in pregnancy. For those not pregnant, look at Triple Echinacea & Goldenseal or the Immune System Builder Wellness Kit.*
RespaClear or Lung Tonic? How to choose
Both are gentle enough for pregnancy; here are the differences:
- RespaClear is immune support and respiratory relief in one bottle.
- Lung Tonic is focused more on respiratory support and used more like a traditional cough syrup.
Many families keep both on hand: RespaClear for the first sign of trouble, Lung Tonic for their cough syrup, especially around bedtime.*
A couple of things to know:
- This is a short-term, as-needed formula, not meant for daily long-term use.
- Pregnant or nursing? RespaClear was designed with pregnancy in mind from the start. However, it's still worth having a quick conversation with your midwife or doctor first, especially if you're taking other medications or formulas.

Ingredients
Echinacea Purpurea (Echinacea purpurea): The most studied of the echinacea species, purpurea is the classic choice for building up immune resilience, not just responding once you're already feeling ill.*
Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale): Best known as a digestive herb, ginger root helps to settle a tummy that's been upset by drainage and mucus, a common complaint that often gets overlooked in cold and flu formulas. It also contains immune-supportive properties.*
Whole Elderberries: Used whole rather than as a juice or syrup extract, elderberries bring a long tradition of immune support to this blend, and they're a big part of why this formula has become such a family favorite for the whole cold and flu season, not just once someone's already sick. Plus, they taste amazing and help this blend with its great flavor!*
Mullein Leaf (Verbascum thapsus): A gentle support here rather than in some of our other respiratory blends, mullein leaf rounds out RespaClear's respiratory support.*
All four herbs are in a base of Kosher Vegetable Glycerine and Reverse Osmosis Water, alcohol-free.*
