Original Herbal Minerals is our everyday herbal multivitamin, ten herbs combined to naturally provide a wide range of vitamins and minerals, including calcium, magnesium, iron, and vitamins A and C, among others. Because it comes from whole herbs rather than isolated synthetic nutrients, we can't give you an exact gram breakdown the way a typical multivitamin label can; that's also part of the point: you're getting the full nutritional complexity of the plant, not just one isolated compound. Easy to make it part of your daily routine. One bottle for the entire family, dosing based on weight- onlyead of a zillion d; we extractased on age/gender, everything why so many families have kept using it for decades.*
Usage notes: This is typically used daily throughout pregnancy, and beyond, gentle enough to continue during nursing and for the whole family afterward. Our Pregnancy Essentials Kit and pregnancy page cover the rest of our pregnancy-friendly lineup.
Original Herbal Minerals or Blue Green Minerals?
Original Herbal Minerals is specifically positioned for pregnancy. Blue Green Minerals uses the same foundation, with added calcium, magnesium, and multivitamins; it is not geared to support nutrition during pregnancy and cannot be used during pregnancy.

FAQs
Question: What are the specific amounts of vitamins and minerals in one product?
Answer: Our process is to turn the whole, organic herbs into a liquid form and that is where the extraction takes place. We’re not extracting just specific vitamins; we extract the whole herb and everything it contains into liquid. We use a ratio of herbs (listed in the ingredients on the bottle and on the website) and the vitamins in it; that's why it’s difficult to know how often you take it and the exact amount of each specific vitamin/mineral you are getting from each dose. We may have the technology in the future to do that, but we’ve used this same formulation for over 30 years with great success.
Our formulas are not traditional vitamins or multivitamins, so we do not have a Nutrition Facts breakdown. Most multivitamins are made from specific amounts of synthetics. Ours are made from specific herbs that are very high in a wide variety of vitamins and minerals and are highly absorbable. As the FDA will not allow us to make claims in this area, however, we can say that our customers have been using them for over 30 years safely with great success.

Question: How long will a bottle last?
Answer: This will depend on the dosage (which is according to body weight) and frequency needed.
