FAQ: Using Mineral Formulas as a Prenatal or MultiVitamin

Q- Can I take your herbal mineral formula instead of a multivitamin or a pre-natal?
A- “I'm looking at your mineral formulas and trying to understand if they are considered a complete multi vitamin? Also, do you guys have something like a breakdown of the amount of each vitamin/mineral vs the daily value etc.? Like a typical vitamin package would have?”
Our Herbal Minerals aren't a traditional multivitamin. Most multivitamins are made from specific amounts of synthetics. Ours are made from specific herbs that are very high in a wide variety of vitamins and minerals, as well as highly absorbable. As the FDA will not allow us to make claims in this area, however, we can say Moms have been using our formulas for generations.
