Herb of the Month: Rosemary

Herb of the Month: Rosemary

Posted by TriLight Health on Oct 8th 2024

I always find myself excited to introduce you to a new herb each month. Especially when it is a culinary herb that herbalists also use. Sometimes we receive questions from folks who read these posts about herbal benefits from culinary preparations. It's important to note the quantities used by herbalists compared those in the kitchen are vastly different. Herbal preparations are using significantly larger amounts than a recipe is ever likely to call for.  It's also worth considering the other herbs used in a preparation. Herbalists work hard to select herbs that will work synergistically to provide the best benefits possible. It is unlikely you're going to be using these combinations in a recipe. As you read these types of posts, keep this in mind!
