Q-Why do you have so many cough formulas?

A- Coughs are considered to be one of the most difficult acute conditions to find a remedy for. An entire family can have the same illness with slightly different coughs.
The following are all words used to describe a cough: barking, croupy, deep, dry, hacking, hollow, in fits, loose, racking, rattling, suffocative, whooping. A cough can be productive or nonproductive. Worse during certain times of day and in certain conditions. Accompanied by a wide variety of additional symptoms and so much more.
Thus the need for a wide variety of formulas to support you through a cough!

Q- What is the difference between some of these? I'm confused!
A- We get it, some of our formulas are similar. We hope these images will help you differentiate; feel free to reach out if you have more questions.

Q- What is the most popular herbal cough syrup for kids you offer?
A- By far, Wild Cherry Coffaway. It tastes amazing and is so easy to get kids to take! Moms often tell us things like this from Christina:
"It's the only cough syrup my 3-year-old will take because it tastes great too! I always have it stocked, especially in the winter months!"
Q- Why can't all of these be used during pregnancy?
A- Not all herbs are safe for pregnancy use for a variety of reasons. Some might stimulate labor. Others are not good for a developing fetus. We've worked alongside midwives to ensure everything in our pregnancy line is ok for moms-to-be and their babies.
Q- Can you just tell me exactly what I need to help me feel better?
A- Unfortunately, no, we're not doctors, and we're not allowed to prescribe for you. We suggest you read up on all the formulas to figure out which might be best for the type of cough you/your family member(s) are dealing with. Checking out the reviews can be helpful, as TriLight families are great at sharing how products have helped them out!
